OVERVIEW The Product Development Department is looking for a dedicated, driven, and inspired individual to join the Alo family. This role will be instrumental in developing elevated studio to street styles, and building alo’s speed to market pipeline. The ideal candidate will have an apparel education and background, with an understanding of garment construction and calendar management. This is a fast-paced environment, the ability to multitask, creatively problem solve, and work under tight deadlines daily is a must. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development process from concept through production, ensuring garments meet the highest standards of quality , fit and construction Leverage an extensive network of global suppliers to optimize lead times, ensure cost efficiency, and uphold impeccable quality standards Collaborate with design, technical, and production teams to maintain the integrity of each piece from prototype to final product Manage vendor relationships, negotiating costs, MOQs, and timelines while maintaining strong communication for seamless development Self-starter with the ability to work independently and react quickly to changes Understand and manage calendar deadlines Manage style level vendor allocation and seasonal WIPs Maintain PLM system General Style page, BOM (Bill Of Material) and Cost Sheets Analyze costing data and reporting to ensure margin goals are met Work with on-site PLM Developers on system advancements Close working relationship with Design, Tech Design, Raw Materials, Production, Color teams Attend fit sessions QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent e
