Must Have
Experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer in a digital or e-commerce environment, portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices, Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams, communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience designing for both web and mobile apps, Exposure to conversion optimization and experimentation (CRO), Familiarity with design systems and component-based design, Experience in B2C and/or B2B digital products
What You'll Do.

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs

Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical requirements
Partner with product and CRO teams to improve conversion and user experience across the funnel
Use data and experimentation insights to iterate on and refine designs
Identify friction points and propose solutions that enhance usability and performance
Contribute to and leverage the design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile experiences
Maintain high standards of visual design
Collaborate with other designers to evolve design patterns and best practices
Create prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate ideas
Present design work clearly and effectively to stakeholders
Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly

Team & Collaboration
embedded within a cross-functional product pod—working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts; Partner with product and CRO teams; Work closely with Product Managers to define problems and prioritize solutions; Work closely with Engineers to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality delivery; Work closely with Product Analysts & CRO teams to incorporate data and experimentation insights; Participate actively in agile ceremonies and product development processes; Collaborate with other designers
