PRODUCT DESIGNER – DESIGN SEAMLESS, SMART, AND SCALABLE EXPERIENCES ABOUT BJAK We build superior application platforms globally with the mission of creating successful businesses while contributing positively to society by making it more efficient. We developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to digitize the insurance industry. The platform currently serves over 8 million users across the region. What You’ll Do - Lead the design process for one or more product areas, from concept to implementation. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and deliver excellent UX solutions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs for web and mobile. - Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly. - Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability. - Advocate for the user and ensure their needs are at the center of every design decision.
