4–5 years of experience in product design, Experience designing complex user flows (e. g. , payments, checkout, transactional scenarios), Background in product companies or fast-growing startups, A solid portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking and attention to detail, Ability to simplify complexity and design clear, user-friendly experiences, collaboration skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or similar domains, Experience designing for ATM or other self-service interfaces, Experience working with AI-driven features or personalization in products

Design and evolve core payment and transfer experiences
Rethink and improve complex end-to-end user flows

Work on Plata ATM — designing interfaces for real-world banking touchpoints where clarity
and trust are critical
Contribute to introducing AI into payment scenarios
