YOUR ROLE As a Product Designer at bunch, you will ship high-quality product experiences in one of our product squads and be accountable for the craft, clarity, and impact of your work. You will: - Own end-to-end UX/UI for well-scoped initiatives, from early concept through launch and iteration - Partner with Product to clarify problems, constraints, and success criteria, and contribute to discovery (interviews, workflows, synthesis) - Produce clear flows, interaction states, and high-fidelity UI in Figma, and create prototypes for alignment and testing - Run lightweight usability tests and use data where available to validate and iterate - Apply our design system consistently, identify gaps, and contribute improvements (components, patterns, documentation) - Provide specs, states, and rationale, and partner with engineers to ensure quality in build - Communicate trade-offs and rationale clearly with PM, Engineering, Ops, and other stakeholders - Participate in critiques and reviews; ask for feedback early and often ABOUT YOU - 3+ years in product design (or equivalent), ideally in B2B SaaS or complex workflows - Strong portfolio showing end-to-end thinking, iteration, and ability to simplify complexity - Solid foundations in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and accessibility basics - Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping) and comfort working with design systems - Experience designing data-heavy UIs (tables, bulk actions, filters, exports) and/or permissioned workflows - Clear written and verbal communicator, collaborative, and pragmatic - Experien
