What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design, Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar, Foundational understanding of user-centered design and usability principles, Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through visuals and presentations, Basic experience working with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS products, Experience working on complex workflows or technical domains, Familiarity with analytics and data-informed design approaches, Experience contributing to or scaling a design system, Basic understanding of front-end development and responsive design, Experience with AI based design tools, Confidence experimenting with emerging AI technologies
