Full Job Description

As a Product Designer (UX & UI) in the Base44 team, you’ll play a central role in shaping and evolving Base44’s core product experience and design foundations. * Own the functional and visual design of your product * Deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced AI-driven environment * Demonstrate a strong and practical understanding of applied AI to drive innovative, data-informed, and highly personalized user experiences * Know your product and users thoroughly through extensive research based on support tickets, data, usability tests, user interviews, competitor analysis, and more * Collaborate with your team of PMs, developers, analysts, and other UX/UI designers to define product requirements and shape effective design solutions * Take ownership and drive projects end-to-end ## Qualifications * 3+ years of UX + UI design experience, ideally in product teams * Strong grasp of UX patterns and the product lifecycle – from research to prototyping, design, usability testing, and more * Experienced in building with AI tools and exploring new ways to bridge design and development * Strong proficiency in Figma, with expertise in creating, maintaining, and working efficiently within design systems * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for continuous learning * Strategic thinker who quickly grasps complex systems and turns them into clear, pixel-perfect design solutions ## Additional Information We're Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how software gets built.
