What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms, Portfolio or case study demonstrating product thinking, user experience, interaction, and visual design skills, clear process and measurable impact, Ability to identify when research is needed, Experience in running moderated user sessions, Experience designing complex products, Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers in product and engineering, Great storyteller who can clearly paint a compelling picture of the ‘why’, Impact-driven and pragmatic about trade offs, Understanding of the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch, Ability to collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot technical issues, Demonstrable proficiency in Figma, Good understanding of Design Systems, Good understanding of accessibility
