About the role We are seeking a highly motivated Product Designer to join our team. As the sole product designer at Teleskope, you will own end-to-end design across all of Teleskope’s products. You will collaborate closely with our Product Management and Engineering leads to influence product direction and ship high quality experiences to our customer base. This is a hybrid role requiring 3+ days in-office in New York City. What You'll Do: - Lead the design process for 0->1 products, balancing user experience, feasibility, and business needs. - Translate ambiguous, complex and technical problems into intuitive experiences. - Conduct user research to deeply understand our users’ needs and inform product strategy and design decisions. - Partner cross-functionally with PMs, Engineering, Data Science, and customer-facing teams to help define the product direction and roadmap, and translate designs to implementation. - Build prototypes and lead activities to communicate product behavior to stakeholders and gain internal and external alignment. - Own, maintain and expand our design system and practices, holding our product to a high bar for design quality and craft. - From time to time, support design needs across the company, including Marketing & Brand Design. About you: - 3+ years of experience in product design. - Experience designing for data intensive, complex B2B workflows (data security experience is a plus). - Comfortable owning design end-to-end and
