If you share this passion, Solstice is the place for you.   ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Designer at Solstice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, effective, and elegant user experiences for our next-generation biopharma marketing products. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to transform complex problems into user-friendly solutions. Your impact will be foundational as we continue to scale and deliver transformative products.   WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead the end-to-end design process for Solstice’s core applications: from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery - Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define user requirements, workflows, and interfaces - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate high-level requirements into beautiful and functional user experiences - Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to continually improve and refine product designs - Advocate for the user and help establish and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction design language across products - Balance business needs, technical feasibility, and user goals in every design decision - Contribute
