What we're looking for As a Product Designer, you'll join a cross-functional team helping travellers cross borders. You’ll be working on creating the most delightful visa application experience for international travellers. You’ll focus on truly customer-centric design thinking and a demonstrable expertise in visualizing both digital and physical touchpoint solutions that support traveller’s journey. You’ll have passion for collaborating closely with partners (airlines, travel agents etc) and leaders across the organization to refine our thinking and best serve our customers. Your work will be seen by millions of travellers a month from 193 countries. You will make travel simpler for passengers of national carriers like American Airlines, Air Canada, British Airways and more. It's an exciting design challenge. What you can expect - Work closely with product managers, engineers and customer support to improve the traveller's user experience. - Demonstrate attention to detail in every aspect and a strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking.
