Full Job Description

Ship the best design work of your career.   Design at Sarvam has had an outsized impact on everything we've built so far, and we're now growing the team. We care deeply about design, both the craft and science of it and we're looking to build a world class design team. We're looking for designers who treat design as the core of the product, not a layer applied at the end. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4+ years designing digital products end to end at a product-driven company - Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business value. - A portfolio that shows real craft. Typography, hierarchy, motion, interaction, the full stack of visual and UX thinking - Strong UX intuition. You can take abstract ideas and turn them into flows people understand without thinking - Strong product judgment. You think about activation, engagement, and retention as design problems - Range across UX, UI, interaction, and systems - A bias for shipping. You'd rather ship at 80% and learn than polish in private for three weeks - Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. You don't wait to be told what to do - Strong opinions, loosely held. You argue your case and update when you're wrong Design systems You know when to use the system, when to break it, and when to evolve it. You've built or maintained one before and understand what it takes to keep it alive. Strong plus - You already work like an AI-native designer. Claude Code and Cursor are part of how you think, prototype, and ship. You can hold a real conversation about MCP, skills, frontend constraints, and how to set up a design system so AI tools actually work with it - You're data curious. You've lived in Mixpanel or PostHog, can read a funnel, and can write SQL well enough to answer your own product questions. What's in it for you What's in it for you 1. A place to genuinely spread your wings. Room to experiment and be okay with failure. 2. Work with some of the best design talent in India. Check out sarvam.ai/brand http
