We're looking for a Product Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys taking ownership of complex product experiences from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who combines exceptional design craft with systems thinking, product intuition, and a passion for creating intuitive experiences around sophisticated technology. You'll work closely with engineers, founders, and product stakeholders to design products that make powerful AI capabilities feel natural, accessible, and delightful for users. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design end-to-end product experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. - Transform complex workflows into intuitive and elegant user journeys. - Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and production-ready specifications. - Develop and maintain scalable design systems and interaction frameworks. - Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define and deliver new features. - Conduct user research and translate insights into meaningful product improvements. - Design thoughtful interactions, motion, and feedback mechanisms that enhance usability. - Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to create exceptional experiences. - Influence product strategy through design exploration and customer-centered thinking. - Help establish design best practices and contribute to the evolution of the product experience.
