What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of professional Product Design or UX/UI Design experience, portfolio demonstrating product thinking and UX problem-solving
Nice to Have
Experience designing SaaS platforms, B2B tools, or consumer applications, Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries, Exposure to analytics and experimentation tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Optimizely, Hotjar), Understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end development fundamentals, Experience working in Agile or sprint-based product teams

Partner with Product Managers

Support QA and refinement
Gather feedback after launches
Improve experiences through iteration
Run usability reviews

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with product managers and engineers; Partner closely with Product Managers to define requirements; Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation; Collaborate with product managers and engineers on implementation details
