What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, Expert-level proficiency in Figma (variables, auto-layout, and advanced prototyping), Excellent English communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience within FinTech, B2B SaaS, or a similarly complex regulated industry, Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools, Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop), Prior experience not just using, but actively building, scaling, or managing comprehensive design systems
