What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–6 years of experience designing digital products, portfolio showcasing UX process and UI deliverables, Experience designing mobile-first consumer experiences, Good understanding of product thinking, user behavior, and interaction design, Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, Ability to communicate ideas clearly and explain design decisions, Proficiency in Figma and other design workflows, Attention to detail with a pragmatic mindset
Nice to Have
Experience working on operational or logistics products, Familiarity with experimentation / A testing, Experience maintaining design systems, Experience in iterative design approaches
