Full Job Description

Our platform operates across multiple markets globally, helping customers schedule pickups and deliveries with speed, reliability, and convenience. We’re looking for a **Product Design** er to help shape experiences across our customer apps, web platform, and internal operational tools. ### What you’ll do * Design end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web * Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams * Turn business and user problems into intuitive and scalable solutions * Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and production ready UI designs * Contribute to and evolve our design system * Use research, analytics, and experimentation to improve experiences * Participate in product discovery and help shape roadmap discussions * Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment ### What we’re looking for * 4–6 years of experience designing digital products * Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI deliverables * Experience designing mobile-first consumer experiences * Good understanding of product thinking, user behavior, and interaction design * Comfortable working in cross-functional teams * Ability to communicate ideas clearly and explain design decisions * Proficiency in Figma and other design workflows * Attention to detail with a pragmatic mindset ### Nice to have * Experience working on operational or logistics products * Familiarity with experimentation / A/B testing * Experience maintaining design systems * Experience in iterative design approaches ### What we offer * Opportunity to shape products used globally * Fast-paced environment with high ownership * Competitive compensation * Room for growth and impact ### Work Schedule * 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1 hour break) * 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) * Shift timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time) / 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (IST) * Office-based role
