**Product Designer****** Sydney Based | Full time | 12 month fixed term contract | 50% office attendance **You’re a Product Designer who leads with curiosity, puts users first, and brings bold ideas to life, fast.** **Do work that matters** At CommBank, we’re on a mission to make banking delightful and human‑centred. The Apply With Ease Crew in Home Buying exists to guide Australians with the easiest and fastest home loan application in market, providing real time assessment and confidence to settle and secure their dream home. **About the role** We’re looking for a Product Designer to join the Fast Credit Origination Squad within the Apply With Ease Crew. This role will focus on reducing the effort and time required for our home loan customers to apply for a home loan top up and reducing time & risk of processing these applications. Working across customer and staff facing experiences you will radically simplify the customer and staff experiences for home loan top ups to increase customer satisfaction. You’ll be supported by an Experience Design Lead and work closely with Product and Engineers in your Squad and other Designers in the Crew to discover opportunities and solutions and create great experiences that deliver measurable outcomes for customers and CommBank **Key Responsibilities** * Rapidly identify opportunities and iterate toward validated, high-quality solutions. * Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes. * Design simple, intuitive, efficient workflows for customers and staff * Plan and facilitate user research, testing, and insight synthesis. * Translate complex business and system requirements into delightful experiences. * Use and evolve our design system for scalable, accessible delivery. * Collaborate with engineers using AI-enabled tooling. * Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to drive clarity and momentum. **What You’ll Bring** * 2+ years designing complex digital products and platforms. * Strong communication
