In this role, you will be part of our global team, responsible for designing intuitive, impactful, and delightful user experiences for our digital and automation products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions that drive value for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Evolve our HMI (Human-Machine Interface) applications for Alfa Lava products. * Designing user-friendly interfaces for automation products and IoT. * Producing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma). * Iterating on design solutions based on user feedback and usability testing. * Collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. * Supporting design strategy and contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems. * Participating in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. * Staying up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. * Actively developing both technical and soft skills, with a strong focus on collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning. **Who****are you** You are a self-motivated and versatile designer with a strong interest in creating pioneeri
