8+ years of experience in design operations roles within high-growth tech environments, Built and scaled 0-1 operational systems across multidisciplinary teams, Deeply familiar with the design and product development process, Experience managing shared design tools, assets, and libraries, Skilled at vendor and contractor management, Highly organized, action-oriented, Communicator and collaborator, experienced in working with senior leadership, technical partners, and designers of all levels, Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving problems in real time
