6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms, 1–3 years of experience managing product designers, product thinking, craft judgment

Nice to Have

Experience with frontline, mobile-first, or offline-capable product design, Background in industrial, operations, or maintenance-adjacent domains, Experience contributing to or scaling a design system, Familiarity with designing for AI-powered workflows and data-rich interfaces
