What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio of shipped product work, Proven track record in leading design activities and managing end‑to‑end product design, Experience building and leading UX teams, with leadership and communication skills, Deep expertise in user‑centered design, storytelling, and articulating design decisions, Hands‑on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to design, Ability to connect design outcomes to business goals and product strategy, Skilled in agile, iterative design processes and cross‑functional collaboration, Proficient with industry‑standard design tools and technologies
Nice to Have
Degree in UX/Product Design, Human‑Centered Design, Graphic/Communication Design (preferred), Retail or AdTech experience is a plus
