What They're Looking For.
Must Have
EU working rights are required, Students: Need to be enrolled at an university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship., Non - EU Students: Need to be enrolled at a Dutch University for the whole duration of the internship., communication skills, fluency in English, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
Familiarity with emulsions is preferred, Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus
What You'll Do.
Literature research for further ingredient understanding and related
Prepare lab and pilot plant samples for Physico-chemical and sensorial
Perform analytical and sensorial tests
analyze the data and reporting
Support the product developers/process technologists with lab & pilot
Understand fundamentals of food sensorial evaluation.
