What You'll Do.
Assist in the design and development of mechanical components
Apply existing customer and Gentex specifications in the design and testing of products
Actively engage with validation engineering and the validation lab through the product testing lifecycle
Recommend/propose changes to current and future designs based on product design verification testing
Support and follow the TS16949 procedure manual formats
Support advanced engineering projects
Support Gentex patent protection
Support competitive benchmark testing

This role is integral to the continuous growth of our engineering capabilities and aligns individual development with Gentex's strategic objectives. **Location** : This position requires on-site work at Gentex facilities.
