What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8-10 years of progressive experience in product management/delivery, Agile operations, or program management within technology-driven organizations., Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and frameworks at the portfolio, program, and team levels (such as Agile, Lean, or SAFe)., Proficient with delivery and collaboration tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence), including establishing data standards and defining meaningful delivery metrics., Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across multiple organizational levels and build cross-functional partnerships., Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a talent for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences., Proven success in leading process improvements and driving organizational change that enhances delivery outcomes., Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to build high-performing, empowered teams., Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
