Job Overview: The Internal Engineering team is responsible for building ‘next generation’ products. The team is growing rapidly and needs a strong operations foundation to build on. This role will be responsible for ensuring deliverables are met and plans are communicated with transparency to key stakeholders and leadership. Vendor coordination and management is also required. Attention to detail and multitasking are essential to this role. In a nutshell, this person must always be able to answer the following essential questions: Clarity on Workload: What is the team and what are individuals currently working on? Progress Assessment: Is the work on schedule? Delivery Timeline: When is the task or body of work expected to be completed? Responsibilities: Participate in and help facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Assist in risk identification, and mitigation; escalate blockers in a timely manner. Help develop and maintain program schedules, task tracking, and milestone alignment using established templates and tools. Coordinate with international engineering, manufacturing, and vendor partners, with occasional flexibility in work hours to support global time zones. Contribute to Engineering Validation Testing (EVT), Design Validation Testing (DVT), and Product Validation Testing (PVT) phases, including release planning, validation tracking, and communication.
