Full Job Description

NMI is looking for a highly analytical and data-obsessed Product Data Analyst to help power decision-making across our acquiring operations and merchant lifecycle products. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and business intelligence — transforming large datasets into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, merchant growth, product adoption, and financial performance. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Operations, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Support teams to deliver analytics and reporting across NMI’s acquiring ecosystem, including ISO management, Merchant Central, ScanX, business capital solutions, and other operational extensions. This is an ideal role for someone who loves diving deep into data, building scalable reporting frameworks, uncovering trends and anomalies, and translating complex operational metrics into clear business insights. Strong SQL skills and a passion for data visualization through Tableau are essential. Key Responsibilities Product & Operational Analytics Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of operational and product data to drive strategy, optimization, and growth across NMI’s acquiring platform and Merchant Central CRM Partner closely with Product Managers supporting ISO operations, Merchant Central, ScanX, Business Capital lending, and additional acquiring extensions. Build analytical frameworks that empower product and business teams to make data-driven decisions. Conduct opportunity sizing, forecasting, trend analysis, and operational performance analysis to support strategic planning. Dashboarding & Data Visualization Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable visibility into KPIs, operational health, merchant performance, and product adoption.
