Must Have
At least 6 years experience in regulatory and/or financial crime compliance within a financial technology
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
launch and manage compliant products
enable our MEA Product team to launch new products
grow our presence and manage compliance risks in the region
Perform pre-launch and ongoing product compliance legal risk
Offer effective advice to Product Managers on existing and forthcoming Regulations
Manage and Mitigate Regulatory Risks and the Control Environment
Oversee the control environment for MEA
creative and targeted controls and evaluating the residual risk
implement and maintain Management Information
Conduct audit management
challenge audit findings
Develop and deliver effective issue management to mitigate regulatory
Represent Wise in meetings with Banking Partners and Central Banks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
working directly with product managers, analysts and engineers; Collaborate to design practical and customer-oriented product solutions; Work with Product Teams and the wider Compliance & Risk Team; collaboration with Compliance second line and Product
Communication Scope
Ability to effectively communicate with Product Managers and Engineers; provide practical, actionable, and value added recommendations; clearly and effectively articulate Wise’s products and compliance framework
