A shared mental model of the Orchestrator is established across partner teams company-wide.; Alignment on the measurement framework: the north star metric, driver metrics, and how the objective function can evolve as business context changes.; The first modular content layer is in production, with server-side configurability enabling audience-targeted experiences on at least one core surface.; The Orchestrator is a functioning system with measurable lift in L5+ engagement and action rate on delivered content.; Content from multiple upstream teams flows through a unified ingestion model.; The feedback loop to the Composer lifecycle layer is operational and actively improving decisioning.; No two members see the same Life360.; The Orchestrator is the platform layer that makes Family AI real at the interface level—assembling a contextually relevant experience for every member, every session, without anyone having to navigate to find it.
