Industry & Context.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. San Francisco-based candidates have the option of using the new HQ in the Presidio for in-person collaboration.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Requires 3+ years of experience building and shipping software products, with a history of wearing multiple hats (PM, engineer, designer). Must be comfortable with TypeScript across frontend (React, Next.js) and/or backend (Node.js, MongoDB) stacks, and possess genuine customer empathy through direct user interaction. High agency and systems thinking are essential.
Nice to Have
Experience at a product-focused startup or high-growth technology company is preferred. Candidates who have quietly performed PM and designer roles while coding are ideal.
