Previous or current consulting experience, ideally from a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB) or Big 4, with exposure to complex transformation programmes

What You'll Do.

Manage and develop existing and new products

Ownership of related customer and colleague journeys

Develop product strategy

Drive change through Barclays execution teams

Make key decisions in the product lifecycle

Own associated outcomes for customers

colleagues and the bank

Development of customer level strategies & solutions

Act as Subject Matter Expert in the applicable Product/Proposition team

Guide and advise stakeholders on the application of existing and new products/propositions and related customer and colleague journeys

Development of product propositions

and/or service strategy

Define priorities for delivering strategy outcomes

Lead execution of priorities

Development of different commercial and business models

Evaluation of technical feasibility

Monitoring of market trends and analysis feedback

Management of comprehensive launch plans and technical deployments

Monitoring of key metrics such as adoption rates

customer satisfaction (including complaints)

and revenue generation

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with other functions/ business divisions; Lead a team performing complex tasks; Set objectives and coach employees; Appraisal of performance relative to objectives; Determination of reward outcomes; Lead collaborative assignments; Guide team members through structured assignments; Identify the need for the inclusion of other areas of specialisation; Identify new directions for assignments and/or projects; Consult on complex providing advice to People Leaders; Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas; Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas; Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information; Communicate complex information; Influence or convince stakeholders to achieve outcomes
