Full Job Description
ABOUT US - At coreflow, we're redefining entertainment with AI. We're one of the fastest-growing startups globally, serving 20 million users in our first year. We’re an in-person company based in Sydney, Australia. - We’re guided by a set of principles that are foundational to our work and drive every decision: - User-first: We build things that people want. We invest time to understand our users and focus on adding value instead of extracting value. - High agency, high ownership: We’re responsible for the pieces we own, end-to-end. We own every mistake, figure out what went wrong, and fix it. We don’t blame anyone or anything else. - Urgency: This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We prioritize well, find ways to increase leverage, and move at an inspirational pace. WHAT YOU'LL DO - You'll own product analytics end-to-end: logging, funnels, experiments, anomaly detection, and investigations that directly shape product decisions. EXAMPLE PROJECTS - Build, test and iterate on LLM-based monitors to quickly and verifiably diagnose changes in traffic, product usage or infrastructure uptime. - Run A/B tests, including setting up event data, checking implementation details and investigating unexpected results. - Set up evals to assess and improve AI-based outputs across text, image and video. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Hands-on experience with product analytics. You write queries, check data yourself, and make your conclusions traceable and verifiable. - Enough technical ability to create and debug event logging, read and write code, understand product flows, and work closely with engineers. - A methodical, skeptical approach to investigations. You know the difference between a real insight, a weak signal, and a guess. - Hunger to move fast, learn the product deeply, and get to the truth. WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive compensation with meaningful upside. - A company card for food, coffee, tools, and anything that helps you operate at a high level. - Daily team lunch and dinner
