ROLE OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role is suited for someone who operates with a high degree of independence—someone who not only answers questions, but proactively identifies them. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, uncover opportunities, and deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, takes ownership of outcomes, and brings a strong balance of analytical rigor and business context. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Own end-to-end analytics projects, from problem definition through execution and delivery ● Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks ● Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities ● Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making ● Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders ● Partner with business, product, and leadership teams to influence strategic decisions ● Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs.
