About the Role You will be the embedded into a Product team, offering strategic analytics and meaningful insights to influence the development roadmap and enable self-serve data-driven decision making. At Zilch, you will learn to understand our customers better than anybody. You will use this to help enable the business to build the best products possible for our customers by proposing great ideas, sizing risks, measuring impact. This role reports into the Lead Product Analyst alongside two other analysts in the Spend domain. Being a unicorn startup, we work rapidly and flexibly. Expect to work with various business stakeholders and solving various different problems. This is not a reporting role. You'll sit alongside Product Managers as their analytical counterpart, spotting things they don't, challenging assumptions with evidence, and sharing your own ideas and insights to drive the team forward. The opportunity to make an impact here is immediate. This domain hinges on understanding user behaviour, the ability to contextualise the value proposition and thinking along product lines, to enable users to build new financial products and optimise our existing suite.
