What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BScA in a highly quantitative field, 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Growth Analyst, Proven experience in large-scale eCommerce or retail environments, hands-on experience analyzing user behavior, Proven experience designing and analyzing A tests at scale, Advanced SQL skills, experience working across large, complex datasets, ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis, clear, actionable insights, Confident communicator, ability to present recommendations persuasively, engage constructively with challenge and debate, Experience working in cross-functional, global team environments
Nice to Have
Data visualization and reporting tools, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Experience with data infrastructure, event tracking, data pipelines, Python or R for advanced analytics, Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and productivity

Analyze end-to-end user funnel
