# **Job Description** **Purpose of the role** To manage and improve products, and the effective execution of these products. **Accountabilities** * Management and improvement of products using agile methodologies to support the monitoring of metrics such as usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction, and to support the development of roadmaps that aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a product. * Collaboration with stakeholders including traders, salespeople, risk managers and technology teams to align the product vision and development process. . * Utilisation of market research, analysis of customer feedback and monitoring of industry trends to identify new products, features or enhancements. . * Development and execution of reports and presentations to communicate product updates, features, requirements, acceptance criteria and success stories to relevant stakeholders, including developers. . * Execution of user acceptance testing to validate product concepts, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on design prototypes. . * Development and execution of go-to-market strategies for a smooth launch of new products or features in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support teams. . **Analyst Expectations** * To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement. * Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise * Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise * They lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources. * If the position has leadership responsibilities, People Leaders are expected to demonstrate a clear set of leadership behaviours to create an environment for colleagues to thrive and deliver to a consistently excellent standard.
