What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, product analysis or a related field, Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations, Experience translating complex findings into clear insights for a range of stakeholders, Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail, High integrity and ownership when using AI, including protecting sensitive data, avoiding over-reliance and remaining accountable for final deliverables

Analyze usage patterns and insights

Lead data efforts around monetization and merchants

Deeply understand the merchant ecosystem

Identify investment areas for the editorial team with merchants

Support the global editorial team by leading forecasting

tracking and external reporting around editorial sponsorships

Identify untapped monetization opportunities for editorial sponsorships and merchant ecosystems

Use data inputs to create actionable recommendations for editorial strategy

Monitor and analyze campaign performance

Align with Product Analysts across Pinterest to ensure best practices

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop, launch and iterate upon monetization programs; Forming insights that can be distributed to partners, advertisers and internal stakeholders; Align with Product Analysts across Pinterest; Framing insights, reporting views and optimization recommendations for cross-functional partners
