What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years in a functional analyst, finance systems, support, implementation or consulting role, Hands-on knowledge of core finance processes (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, tax) in a major ERP environment, Hands-on Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud ERP Financials experience, Sharp analytical mind, Clear written and verbal communication, Customer-first attitude, Ability to own issues through to resolution
Nice to Have
Oracle Financials certification, Accounting qualification, Some SQL understanding, Experience with AI-assisted productivity tools, Experience with Excel macros/VBA
