Full Job Description

The **Supply Integration** team is responsible for the supplier connection service and technical management, providing the platform with up-to-date information on availability, bookings, and content from various suppliers. We are looking for a Product Analyst with for Supply team with the following responsibilities : * Supplier portfolio analysis and development: segmentation, assessing contribution to key metrics (GMV, margin, conversion, assortment), identifying growth points and underperforming segments; * Supplier quality and cost effectiveness assessment: inventory quality analysis (prices, availability, cancellations, content), calculating unit economics and ROI for supplier connection and development; * Analytical support for commercial initiatives: evaluation and support of launches (discounts, special conditions, pricing initiatives, commercial offers), impact analysis and scaling recommendations; * Improvement of product and business algorithms related to suppliers: formulating and testing hypotheses, analyzing the impact of business logic changes on key metrics. **Requirements** * At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst; * Advanced SQL proficiency; * Strong knowledge of Python; * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase); * Experience using causal analysis and quasi-experimental methods (e.g., difference-in-differences, matching, instrumental variables) to estimate effects in the absence of A/B testing; * Ability to work with incomplete or distorted data and make informed assumptions to assess business impact * English proficiency at a B1 level or higher; * Developed critical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems using data processing tools; * Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts in simple terms. **Benefits** * We offer a fully flexible work schedule — there’s no pressure to start work at exactly 9:00 AM; what matters is achieving results and moving forwa
