Analytical and Problem solving mindset, Comfortable interacting with stakeholders to decompose abstract problems into experiments, SQL expertise, Prior Software or Data Engineering experience
Nice to Have
Consulting Experience, Proficiency with Ai Tools (specifically Claude), Experience using ML/Ai techniques, Proficiency in Python and / or Javascript, Experience with Data Lake platforms Databricks (preferred), Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, BigQuery or Microsoft Fabric, Experience with Figma, Canva, Lucid etc, or other Design Mocking or Prototyping tools, Computer Science, Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, or similar engineering background, Experience in Financial Services and especially in Wealth Management
