What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–12+ years in internal consulting, transformation, product management, experience design, people transformation, or innovation, Demonstrated experience in redesigning services, products or operating models at scale
Nice to Have
HR and TD experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Re-conceptualize TD offerings as end-to-end products
Redesign products to reduce cognitive load
Identify legacy TD services for retirement or redesign
manager and leader journeys
Redesign processes to be insight-driven
Redesign processes to be lightweight and intuitive
Redesign processes to be embedded into business rhythms
Define new TD operating principles
Identify where AI can remove low-value work
Identify where AI can improve quality of people
Identify where AI can personalize learning and development
Identify where AI can enable managers to lead
Design AI-enabled concepts
Partner with Tech / HR Systems to prototype
Apply product management to TD initiatives
Apply service design thinking to TD initiatives
Define user needs and success metrics
Scale only what demonstrably works
Run pilots with specific employee or leader segments
Build feedback loops to continuously evolve TD offerings
Act as a thought partner to senior leaders
Translate complex ideas into clear narratives
Drive adoption of new TD products
