Full Job Description
We are seeking a Product AI Solutions Specialist to support the optimization of editorial, commercial, and production processes through data analytics and automation. This role combines analytical, technical, and operational capabilities to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation across Editorial Operations, Sales support, and Print Plant activities. **ABOUT THE ROLE** **1\. AI & Process Automation** * Design and implement automation solutions to improve editorial and operational workflows. * Support the development and deployment of AI-driven tools to optimize internal processes and reduce manual effort. * Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement. **2\. Data Analysis & Reporting** * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track operational and commercial performance. * Analyze business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. * Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. **3\. Operational & Production Optimization** * Support production planning through analysis of capacity, workload, and performance metrics. * Collaborate with Print Plant teams to improve visibility of production processes and resource utilization. * Contribute to models comparing planned vs. actual production performance. **4\. Sales & Commercial Support** * Support Sales teams with data analysis related to demand, customer behavior, and performance. * Consolidate and structure commercial information (quotes, orders, production output). * Generate insights to improve planning and commercial decision-making. **5\. Data Integration & Process Standardization** * Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., spreadsheets, internal systems, operational inputs). * Structure and maintain datasets ensuring accuracy, traceability, and usability. * Promote process and data flow standardization across teams. **6\.
