Full Job Description
Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding Producers in Training to their growing team. Job Summary: The Producer-in-Training is an entry level position involving training and development. The position is intended bring new hires with limited or no experience with insurance or sales and through a rigorous and systematic training program that will give them training and experience in Marketing, Account Management and Sales to bring them to a level of competency to become a Sales Producer. Essential Functions: Learn and understand Client Management and other operating systems Familiarize themselves with tools and resources available to them as producers Develop a strong acumen of insurance coverages and concepts Develop skills for proper communication with clients and carriers Develop personal and professional skills needed in a professional office environment Learn to work through the sales and service process as part of a team Develop proper presentation skills Complete any required training programs (Designations) Obtain Insurance Licenses Competencies & Qualifications: Eagerness to learn new skills and techniques to become a successful Insurance Sales Professional Strong organizational, multitasking, motivational, self-discipline, detail-oriented and comprehension skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to changing work environment Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other required programs Disclaimer: While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the job requirements, management reserves the right to modify, add, or remove duties from particular jobs and to assign other duties as necessary.
