What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 years of experience in production / stage management, event production, agency event management / production, or similar roles, proven track record of managing budgets over $500k, working knowledge of full-stack event audio visual elements, including Audio, Video, and Lighting
Nice to Have
understanding of fundamental video and audio signal flows in event and broadcast environments, hunger and desire to keep on top of the latest cutting edge event technology, desire to elevate and drive improvement in event quality, enjoy finding innovative ways to use OpenAI tools and products to scale your team’s work, deep interest in artificial intelligence that benefits all of humanity

partner closely with teams across product, marketing, research, and leadership; partner with event managers and business DRIs; collaborate with creative teams; Demonstrate cross-functional team management experience

own the full production lifecycle, building plans, running timelines, oversee detailed project workbacks, facilitate weekly progress meetings, keep teams aligned on timelines and deliverables
