What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Partial completion of a post-secondary program plus a minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a similar role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience), The ability to work independently while taking pride in high-quality results, attention to detail, and cleanliness standards, Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a interest in team engagement, coaching, and training, A collaborative leadership style supported by clear and effective communication skills, Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions, Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have
Fluency in French language skills considered an asset
What You'll Do.

Provide floor supervision and team support by delegating tasks
coordinating meal breaks
receiving and storing orders
and ensuring daily readiness for business.
and rotate display counters and shelves to maintain high product quality
and presentation standards.
Foster a culture of trust and inclusion by providing hands-on training and coaching focused on floor operations
and service excellence.
Promote company policies and clearly communicate department updates and business objectives as shared by the store leadership team.
Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
