What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Graduate or Equivalent (GED), written and verbal communication, bookkeeping skills, Good organization, prioritization, decision-making, problem solving and conflict management skills, leadership abilities with capability to work in a hands-on environment, Good strategic planning and business acumen skills, Good knowledge of retail store knowledge of retail management systems, Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Two years of retail experience, One-year supervisory experience, ability to communicate in Spanish

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
