Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, 5+ years’ experience as a DevOps engineer or SRE engineer, 1+ years of leading/management experience, Fluent verbal and writing communication skills in English, Understanding of the ITIL framework, Hands-on experience working with production environments with zero tolerance for errors, Experience in Linux, Docker, Configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet), CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins), Cloud services (AWS), Orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Nomad), Experience writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios/Sensu), Experience with logging solutions (Elastic Stack, Loki)

Nice to Have

Experience supporting web applications with microservices architecture, including Akka cluster management and monitoring, Knowledge of NoSQL database support (MongoDB, Couchbase), NGINX server management, Programming skills in Python, Worked in a global, multilingual organization
