What You'll Do.
Manage new supplier registration requests
Initiate Third-Party Risk Assessment processes
Coordinate Third-Party Risk Assessments
Support Business Owners in adhering to procurement policies
Provide guidance on supplier registration
Help with procurement tool usage
Deliver training sessions
Maintain accurate supplier data
Participate in user acceptance testing
Review and process new supplier registration requests
Route new supplier requests for approval
Maintain and update supplier information
Support supplier profile cleanup activities
Ensure accuracy of supplier profile data
Monitor Supplier Registration mailbox
Create and manage Supplier Registration incidents
Ensure proper tracking and resolution
Participate in user testing for new tools
Provide feedback on system enhancements
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Deliver training on procurement processes
Assist users with procurement tools
Assist users with process navigation
Collaborate with Commodity Managers
Liaise with internal teams
