Must Have
10+ years of procurement experience, including category strategy development and supplier relationship management, Proven track record in global process design and implementation, Fluent English required

What You'll Do.
Support the development of robust category strategies
Advise Global Lead Buyers (GLBs)
Identify process optimization opportunities
Deliver training on Category Strategy frameworks
Manage project timelines
Lead communication efforts to drive adoption and understanding of Category Strategy processes
Drive the deployment of the Supplier Relationship Playbook and SupRM (SRM tool)
Provide strategic guidance to Key Supplier Managers (KSMs)
Lead updates to Preferred Supplier lists and enrich spend data
Design and deliver training programs on the Supplier Management Playbook
Oversee governance and tracking of SRM activities
Monitor and report Supplier Management KPIs
Lead communication initiatives to support global rollout and engagement on Supplier Management processes
Establish a system for ongoing evaluation and enhancement of procurement frameworks
Monitor industry trends and emerging best practices
Engage with procurement teams to identify pain points and opportunities
Explore and implement technology-driven solutions
