Must Have
5-8 years of professional procurement experience, At least 3 years of direct procurement experience in large manufacturing enterprises (chemical/materials/pharmaceutical industry preferred), Held a Procurement Specialist or higher procurement position, Basic procurement team management experience (or project mentoring experience) or team management potential, Ability to independently assign tasks, track execution, and provide performance feedback
Nice to Have
Major in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields
What You'll Do.
Direct procurement for factory: responsible for the entire process of direct procurement
and contract signing for production operation chemical raw materials
and outsourced products.
Develop and maintain high-quality and stable supplier resources
collaborate with cross-departments to regularly evaluate supplier performance
and ensure continuous optimization and improvement of supplier resources.
Manage the supply chain collaboration of outsourced products as needed
ensuring processing quality and delivery cycles meet production plans.
Formulate and implement annual/quarterly cost-saving targets and plans based on market conditions.
Achieve sustainable cost optimization through negotiation
alternative solution analysis
and localization development.
Regularly output procurement cost analysis reports and propose strategy adjustment recommendations.
Responsible for the daily operation of the SAP procurement module
including procurement price maintenance and contract management.
Promote the standardization and compliance of procurement processes
ensuring compliance with global headquarters and company internal control and audit requirements.
Lead and manage departmental procurement data analysis and KPI monitoring (such as cost saving rate).
Closely cooperate with departments such as production planning
and finance to ensure the timeliness of procured materials and meet technical specifications
and environmental standards.
Support procurement needs in new product development or change management
providing material selection and cost advice.
Identify and manage supply risks (single source
logistics disruptions)

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies
